>To ensure against fraudulent transactions, Groupon reserves the right to request for additional documentation in order to process your payment
>7 day right to withdrawal – You may cancel your transaction at any time within 7 working days from the day after that you received the Groupon/voucher
>End of Groupon/voucher validity – Your unused/expired Groupons/vouchers are non-refundable. Groupon makes every effort in avoiding this by sending reminder e-mails to customers before the end of the validity date. No refunds/credits can be executed past 30 days after expiration.

Do I need to mention Groupon when booking?

Yes. Always quote Groupon when booking.

How do I print a PDF voucher?

To download your Groupon in the PDF format please follow the steps below, which apply for any Groupon you purchase:

1) Log on to www.beeconomic.com/philippines
2) Click on the login button at the extreme right hand corner of the blue ribbon across the page (below the cities listing)
3) Enter your username (the email address registered with us) and your password
4) Once logged in, please click on the ‘My Orders’ section of ‘My Account’
5) Use the "Your Groupon" icon below the relevant voucher to download and print

Can I give this Groupon as a gift?

Yes. Dont worry if your name is on the Groupon you are giving, as long as the reference number hasn’t been used yet, your friend won’t have a problem redeeming the Groupon.

The Fine Print says “1 Groupon per person, multiple may be purchased as gifts.” Can I buy myself some Groupons as gifts to myself and use more than one for myself?

No. If the Fine Print states "1 Groupon per person", you can only redeem one yourself

How much should I tip when I redeem my Groupon?

Please tip on the full amount of the pre-discounted bill.

Why should I recommend a friend?
The chance of a deal having enough participants increases with every new user that joins Groupon. Therefore you should invite as many of your friends as possible, so that you have the greatest chance of getting your favourite deal! If you already have an account with us every time someone you have recommended buys their first deal, we will reward you with P150!

How can I recommend a friend to Groupon?
There are many opportunities to recommend a friend to Groupon. On every deal you can find a link, which you can use to send invitations to friends using Twitter, Facebook or Email. On your Personal Recommendation Page you can find your personal reference link, which you can post anywhere on the Internet to get people to join up. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw all your credit when the recommendation function is being abused. Afterwards, if abuse continue, we reserve the right to disable your account completely.

I haven’t received my reward credit!
Your friend needs to use the referral link inside the referral email to create an account for the first time and purchase their first deal within 72 hours of the referral. Your reward will appear as "delayed": if after seven days the deal they bought has not been cancelled or withdrawn, and your friend’s payment went through successfully, we will credit your account with P150, and your next deal will cost P150 less. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw all your credit when the recommendation function is being abused. Afterwards, if abuse continue, we reserve the right to disable your account completely.
