REVIEWS

We looked at all the Resorts at Puerto Galera and we Choose Puerto Nirvana. Others were more expensive but did not have the atmosphere that Puerto Nirvana had. The Staff made you feel like a King and Queen. The food was very good in the Resturant and service was outstanding. It had the cleanest pool of any resort there. The staff really take care of us. Plus they were easy to look at and would joke around with you.

After taking a snorkeling or dip in the pool and you rest while the sun sets slowly... the experience was breathtaking, peaceful and calm. I would love to go there again sometime.

Puerto Galera is inundated with beach resorts everywhere. And really, when the beach is the only thing you have during a summer vacation, you tend to want to see and do something else. So, the beach isn't exactly white beach material, but it's fine. The location is perfect to force you out of your comfort zone and explore the island and rediscover it. From the tours offered by the resort, it gives us a refreshing way to enjoy the island. And it's not just the sea: the falls, hiking trails, spring waters, mangroves and beautiful views are just some of the places waiting to be rediscovered. Plus, the resort's staff is very friendly. Unlike in other places where we get snubbed and treated like second class travelers. It also has great views so I guess this is contradictory to one of the reviews. And the furnishings in the suite is also very nice. I like it! A merge of the east and the west. nice touch.
