Yoga Plus offers 2 Hot Yoga classes: Hot Yoga Series A with 50 postures and Hot Yoga Series B with 26 postures, as well as Vinyasa Flow and Pilates, designed to challenge and rejuvenate participants of all fitness levels. The 90-minute classes are conducted in a heated room that uses Far Infrared Rays for heaters to stimulate detoxification through perspiration.
