seat themselves for a gastronomic meal with the perfect wine accompaniment. 6
Masters and Brasserie Boheme have partnered in presenting high-quality
wines aptly paired with a luxurious
gastronomic spread to help certified gourmands and wine sippers attempting to
shed their Welch's training wheels, and oenophiles alike see, swirl, and sniff
out sophisticated sippables that jive well with the palate. Along with the
beverages mentioned above, the menu for the evening starts off with an amuse
bouche of a citrus marinated Ceviche with dill and caviar and Velvet
Cauliflower Veloute Soup served with Truffle Essence. For the main course,
feast on the Norwegian King Salmon Supreme with Spinach and Lemon Risotto
before cooling down with a Calamansi and Rosemary Sorbet. The night wouldn’t be
over without feasting on the Roast Beef Medallion and Lamb Cutlet served with
Fondant Potato, and the Asparagus Red Beet and Port Reduction. When everyone
has been dined and wined, conclude with a sweet Ménage à Trois Chocolate Mousse
paired with either a Lamillco Coffee or Infused Tea and small talk.
