Mr. Jones is a new up-market and unpretentious contemporary diner. It is conveniently located at the ground floor area of Greenbelt 5 and entices gourmands with a festive menu that runs the gamut of classic counter chow. If the outcome of a day depended entirely on its first meal, then Mr. Jones would be a treat, as they proudly highlight their All-Day Breakfast menu. Rise and shine as the sun's eager grin blinds your eyes and bite into a 1/2-Inch Thick Double-Smoked Bacon & Eggs (P350), Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancakes (P325), Challah French Toast (P350), 2 pieces French toast stuffed with Nutella and raspberry preserves as well as caramelized bananas topped with crispy bacon, powdered sugar and whipped cream served with maple syrup and whipped butter. Another egg-cellent  dish Eggs "Benny" 2 Ways (P295), "Canadian style" double smoked bacon and Norwegian smoked salmon, 2 poached eggs, wilted spinach, Hollandaise sauce, and roasted rosemary breakfast potatoes on top of Texas toast.

While their main course dishes are slightly priced at a premium, Mr. Jones makes up for it with huge servings and artistic presentation of their authentic All-American cuisine. The restaurant’s 1960’s diner-inspired design houses all-time favorite meals such as A Bowl O' Chili (P295), slow cooked sirloin chunks with cumin scented black beans topped with American cheddar and Jack cheese, sour cream, and salsa fresca served with crispy tortillas and jalapeños. And The Grilled Steak and Crispy Pear "Wedge" (P375), char-grilled and peppered Canadian tenderloin, sweet and tangy gorgonzola chive cream dressing, cherry tomatoes and shallots. The servings here are very generous and meant to be shared, which is a good thing if you are the type who wants different flavors in every meal. The restaurant is a bit small though, seating only 30 inside. About 40 people can be accommodated in the al fresco area.
