Armed with vibrant dance steps and upbeat personalities, Dance Station’s dance instructors, each of whom are certified dance teachers of Dance Sport Association, raise students’ heart rates during an eight-session program of Latin or Argentine Tango classes. Easy-to-follow choreography summons thoughts of tropical beaches and incredibly slim palm trees as participants learn moves inspired by a mix of samba, cha-cha, rumba, jive and paso doble for the Latin classes and a mix of salon and Nuevo Tango for the Argentine Tango classes. Guys will learn to lead, ladies will learn to follow, and partners will rotate frequently to keep things fun and flirty for partner-less promenaders.
