Bulalo, Ribs at Steak has an epic menu that slays hunger on an epic battlefield of steaming soup bowls and sizzling plates. With soup stocks simmering bone marrows for days rather than hours, every tinge of flavor is extracted and integrated into the soup; with Nilaga (P120), Sinigang (P120), and Pares (P120),the children of this tasty base. Those who like their beef marrow served a little less hydrating, Sizzling Bulalo is served on a sizzling plate with tasty gravy. Their ribs are dry-rubbed in a special spice mix, before tendered in the oven and finished off on the grill. Their barbecue is available in half (P280) and whole(P550) slabs or assembled as Ribsilog with an egg and fried rice (P150). For true meat eaters, their steaks are cooked to a patron’s preference, from bloody murder to burnt to a crisp. The Ribeye(P700) is 400 grams of Australian cow, cut an inch thick and served with mashed potatoes and veggies. For a more economical serving of beef, the Porterhouse (P250) is its local counterpart.
