The Coriander’s founder, Sheldon Jeyga is a self taught Singaporean chef of Indian-Indonesian decent who specializes in authentic, unpretentious Singaporean Indian, Cultural Singaporean and Asian cuisine. He learned how to train a wok and manage a small blaze, along with other tricks of the trade from his grandmother. He is one of the very few Gelato Artisans who still makes ice cream from the freshest of ingredients right in his restaurant.
