An intimate restaurant–cum–tapas bar nestled in old F. Ramos Street in Cebu City, Ipar's is where friends and family come together to break bread and relish a signature Spanish dining experience that is as fine and authentic as the cuisine that Ipar’s serves daily. Begin the Spanish quest with a serving of Spanish Chorizo (P200) or Croquetas De Pollo (P120) or chicken croquettes, which are delectably fried potato balls with chicken stuffed inside them, and are perfect with a glass of their finest vino. Sopas de Mariscos (P200) is a best seller of stews, fresh fish, squid, shrimps and shellfish, a bounty from the god of the sea, Aquaman. For a rich and delicate meat choice, Lengua Estofada (P250) is perfectly braised ox tongue in a sauce that’s to die for; but if animal tongue creates day dreams of bestial French kissing, maybe Pierna Asada de Cordero (P2010,) which is roasted leg of lamb is a better option. After the meal, a serving of Flan al Caramelo (P70) is a perfect way to end, as it is said by some, the best meal in Cebu.

REVIEWS:
Unbelievable menu. Food prepared as if it
was my own family. Huge portions. Top quality, and might I add... gourmet!
Ambiance to die for. If you are looking for perfect food, prepared with the
hand of a surgeon, with a staff politeness and attention seen nowhere else in
Cebu....this is your place! Let me mention one more thing...ROMANCE!!!!
Do yourself a favor, and just walk into this place and look around. Do it at
dinnertime. Watch the service. Look at the food. You will agree. We stayed at
the Diplomat Hotel, across the street. Very convenient.

If you are hankering for some Spanish cuisine when in Cebu, this is worth at least one visit - not only for a taste
of their food, but for the decor if you like looking around and querying about
the history of the items they placed on display. If you love sweets, don't
forget to taste their leche flan!
